You tell us about your business via a short questionnaire (under 5 minutes). Our team designs and builds a real, working preview site — you receive it within hours, no payment required to see it.

Every project is custom. We say "within hours" because the actual time depends on the complexity of your brief and our current queue. We'd rather be honest than overpromise.

Only after you approve the preview. You see the finished design, decide you're happy, then pay the flat design fee. No payment before you've seen and approved your site.

Hosting is separate from the design fee and is quoted based on your needs — domain registration, server hosting, email setup, and ongoing maintenance. We'll give you a clear quote before you commit.

If you haven't approved the preview and haven't paid yet, there's nothing to refund — the preview is free. If you've paid the design fee and need changes, see our revision policy on the Terms page.
