Terms of Service
Effective date: August 2025
Free Preview
SitesAura provides a free, no-obligation preview of your custom website before any payment is required. The preview is a real, working site — not a mockup. You are under no obligation to proceed after receiving the preview.
Design Fee
The design fee is a flat, one-time charge:
- Kenya: KES 25,000
- International: $200 USD / £200 GBP
Payment is due only after the client approves the preview design. No payment is required before approval.
Hosting Fee
Hosting fees are quoted separately and negotiated based on client needs, including domain registration, server hosting, email setup, and ongoing maintenance. Hosting fees are independent of the design fee.
Revisions
One round of revisions is included in the design fee. Additional revision rounds may be quoted separately if requested.
Cancellation
- Before approval: No charge. You may decline the preview at any time.
- After approval but before payment: No refund is needed — payment has not yet been made.
- After payment: See the refund section below.
Refund
If you are unsatisfied after paying the design fee, contact us within 7 days of payment. We will work to resolve any issues. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. The free preview ensures you see the final design before committing.
Ownership
Full website ownership transfers to the client upon complete payment of the design fee. SitesAura retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
SitesAura is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the design fee paid by the client.
